Dear Competitor, I am writing to advise that the Ski West Cajun Fried 3-Event Tournament scheduled for September 27-28 has been canceled. The decision to cancel the tournament due to Kern County posting Water Contact Advisory signs on the property. Although our water has passed multiple tests based on EPA standards, Kern County officials and Ski West have not come to a successful resolution at this time.
